Ongoing Shopify support
Monthly Shopify support starts at $225 for 5 hours at $45, with replies within 24 hours.
Ongoing support is a monthly block of my hours for theme fixes, new sections, app installs and a monthly speed check, for stores that change often but don't need a full-time developer. Plans start at $225 a month (5 hours at $45). I reply within 24 hours, and most small tasks take 1 to 2 working days.
Who it's for
- Stores with a steady list of small changes
- Brands without an in-house developer
- Agencies that want a Shopify developer on call (see white-label work for agencies)
What you get
- 5, 10 or 20 hours a month at $45 an hour
- Theme fixes, new sections and small features
- App installs and removals, with a speed check after each new app
- A monthly Lighthouse check of your main pages
- Replies within 24 hours; a broken checkout or cart goes to the front of the queue
- Extra hours at $45, agreed before I use them
How it works
- 01 Pick a block of hours
- 02 Send tasks by email, Slack or your project tool
- 03 I log time per task and send a summary each month
- 04 Change or cancel the plan any month
Starts within a week. Most small tasks are done in 1 to 2 working days.
When you don't need me
If your store changes once or twice a year, pay by the hour when you need something; a monthly plan only makes sense with regular work. If you need a developer every working day, hire one in-house.
Proof
From past work
A two-and-a-half-year retainer worth $18,205, owning a store's theme and features; some jobs were turned around the same day.
- Bestseller
